QuickBooks Live is a do-it-with-me monthly bookkeeping service with on-demand access to bookkeepers. The service is currently available in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
MY ROLE
I was the Design Manager and Lead Product Designer. QuickBooks live started as a stand-alone initiative, an experiment for QuickBooks to get into the live services market. For the first 6 months of this initiative I was the first and only designer on the team. I designed the end-to-end experience, tested with our customers and experimented with our service delivery team. I then the team of one to six designers which reported to me.
CUSTOMER PROBLEM
QuickBooks live solves for small businesses that can’t keep their books in order because they don’t know how to do it, or don’t have the time to do it themselves. They also can’t afford to hire a bookkeeper so they keep putting it off and end up paying more at tax time.
